Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your EGG account and data, please request deletion via the email below. Once we verify your request, we will delete your account and related data.

How to Request Deletion

    Tap the 'Send Deletion Request Email' button below to open your mail app.

    Include the name and email (or phone number) you used to sign up in the email body.

    After you send the email, we will process your request and reply within 7 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon deletion, your account information (name, email, phone number, etc.), ECG and heart rate records, breathing exercise records, stress detection data, and guardian/emergency contact information will be deleted. However, information that must be retained under applicable laws will be kept for the required period and then destroyed.
